He leads from the top with his commitment to delivering excellent service and build quality. His role includes project procurement and pricing, job planning, and liaising with clients and suppliers.

Johanna has many years of experience working with clients to help create homes which reflect their personalities and are lovely to live in. She liaises with professionals, suppliers and the build teams to provide design support from initial concepts to furniture fit-off.
Gary Murtagh

Gary has worked in the building industry for over 40 years and has been with Synergy for nearly 25 of these. He is highly respected among his peers and has extensive experience in all types of residential building, along with advanced technical understanding of complex construction practices

Brendan has worked in the building industry for over 25 years, with experience in complex and multi-unit residential sites. He supports the on-site contractors and liaises with suppliers to ensure construction goals are met on budget and on time.
Karl Ziento
Maintenance Manager
Karl is a trade qualified builder who has worked across residential, commercial and fit-off sectors for over 20 years. He is responsible for job programming, trade and supplier liaison and he is the on-site contact for our maintenance clients.
Karen Donnelly
Office Manager
Karen liaises with staff, suppliers and Council. She directs client enquiries and oversees the accounts payable and receivable, along with the daily office administration.
